My aim is for you to complete this programme feeling excited about marketing your business - motivated by what you want to achieve and assured of the steps you need to take to get there.
The programme consists of three 1.5 hour sessions that can be spread out over a time period to suit you and your other commitments. Each session builds on the one before, creating a clear direction and strategy for your marketing and providing you with the knowledge and skills needed to carry it out.
I’ve designed this programme with small business owners, like you, in mind and have priced it at that level too. This means you’ll get all three sessions for £295.
This is what we’ll cover during the programme:
Session 1 - the groundwork
The first session is all about creating the foundations and building blocks that you’ll use to market your business. As well as conducting a review of your current marketing activity to see what’s working (and what’s not!), we’ll set out the answers to questions like:
What is your business all about and what does it offer your customers?
Who are your customers and what do they want from you?
What values and characteristics do you want people to associate with your brand and how can you help this to happen?
What do you want to achieve from your marketing and how can you do this?
What other marketing opportunities are out there that you aren’t taking advantage of yet?
Session 2 - the method
During our second session we’ll lay out how all those building bricks are going to fit together to create an easy to follow marketing strategy that will simplify your approach to promoting your business. By the end of this session we’ll have:
Started your marketing plan for the next six months
Looked at the types and themes of content that will work particularly well for your business - and how you can keep generating ideas so you always have something to say.
Looked at the customer journey your clients go through and check that you are taking advantage of all of the points that they come into contact with your brand
Session 3 - the finishing touches
Our last session will focus on making sure that you know how to effectively use the marketing methods you will use. This will include best practice and all my tips and tricks that will get you the best results.
During this last session we’ll also look at how to use your analytics properly, so you can continue to see what’s working and what you need to ditch or tweak.
