Running a business can mean spending lots of hours sitting at your computer. That’s going to take its toll on your body if you don’t have a movement plan in place.

Join Clare to learn how you can easily add more movement into your working day.

Start this session from your usual chair, in front of your computer. Over the hour, Clare will take you through a yoga and movement practice using your current work space to add a variety of movement and breathing practices to help relieve stress, stretch and realign the whole body.

This session is going to help your body to move better and your mind to feel better afterwards.

Clare Makin is a yoga teacher, pelvic floor specialist and strategic marketer. After spending 20+ years working in marketing, Clare noticed the effects of all that sitting on her own body and trained to teach yoga and restorative exercise as a way to help more people move more and feel better.

Spotting a gap in pelvic floor health care for women, Clare has developed an online pelvic floor rehab course using her whole body and lifestyle approach.

Clare’s goal is to help people, which she does teaching yoga and working with service-based businesses on their marketing planning.

Access to this event is included in the membership for those who have a monthly subscription and only £7.50 for those who pay-as-you-go.

Everyone who buys a ticket will receive access to a recording of the session for two weeks (though it’ll be in the training vault forever for those of you who have a monthly subscription to the group)
